Hello

Does anyone have a bad experience with this?

I ordered £22.79 worth of bird seed which FedEx confirmed delivery to; LONDON, MI HA13PL

I am in East London so this is definately not my address and it's definately not my address in the photo and looking at reviews it's definately not the first time this has happened. The seller has responded to me ''The product was delivered to you .Carrier confirm the delivery of the product.

I've attached the FedEx confirmation.

How do we get this seller reported and removed?

You can still open an 'item not received' case within 30 days of the purchase. As the tracking shows delivery to an address that is not yours you should get a refund.

You are not allowed to 'name and shame' sellers in the forum, but it is likely that the seller won't be able to sell on Ebay any more. Their feedback has dropped to 61.5% and they ended all of their sales on Ebay several days ago.

It looks as if something went very wrong with their business.

Completley understand, thanks for your reply. It does look like the seller should've been called up on and removed from eBay some time ago so hopefully I'll be the last buyer they scam.
