BUTING ITEMS THAT ARE POTENTIALLY COUNTERFEIT

Hi I purchased some body products over 30 days a go for a gift.  The quality isnt what was expected.  Isent this to the seller but havent received a response.  I cant find any online help.  Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks

Good Morning, I bought this Molton Brown gift set as a Christmas present . The family member I bought it for has only just started using it but they have advised me that the liquids seem 'very thin and runny' not like other MB items they have used/purchased previously? It also appears that the colour of the liquids are different to ones bought direct from MB? Can you please advise if this is a common issue,?. Was it bought by you from a bona fide supplier? I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Stephen

Only you know who you bought it from, unless the seller is a UK business seller licensed to sell MB products I wouldn't buy anything that I was going to put on my skin. Products could be out of date at best and fake at worse.

eBay allow 30 days to return an item that isn't as described, as do PayPal.

Debit/credit card providers allow 120 days for a not as described chargeback.

It seems that you're past all routes to pursue a refund now.
