Isn't it allowed the rules to dropship from other marketplaces?

Can eBay look into this seller account as recieved amazon box

Just because it is in an Amazon box doesn't necessarily mean they are doing 'illegal' dropshopping. They could be rather using Amazon as a fulfilment service.

Again, someone else defending seller who breaking the rules. Keep lying. eBay full of nothing but liars with their awful 1* ratings

yes they are because i recieved a package and the receipt came as gift receipt, stop defending fraudsters

OK, with that additional and essential bit of information it does seem that the seller buys from Amazon after they sell the item on ebay, and probably also abuse their Amazon Prime account.
You can report them to ebay customer service and leave appropriate feedback.
I cannot see where I defended them, or lied, perhaps you should calm down?

You jumped to conclusion just like silly defenders on here.
Don't you think i already did? I reported listing and came back with automation nothing was found wrong when clearly i am buyer. *bleep*

You seem to do on other posts too. "eBay cannot do wrong"

I based my response on the very limited information you provided in your first post.
Reporting the listing using the report function is not reporting the seller and not what I suggested you do. Clearly there will be nothing wrong with the listing itself, it's what happens afterwards that is wrong.
You are still being unpleasant in what you post, I suggest you read the forum posting rules before posting again.
I am not defending and will not defend members who break the rules. If you report the seller as suggested then ebay will know about their behaviour. If you leave appropriate feedback then potential buyers will also be warned.

Personally, I would go straight to Amazon and report him for abusing his Amazon Prime account. They'll certainly take a dim view. Are there any details on there that identify the sellers Amazon account or, because it's a gift, have they been left out?
I always wonder why sellers do this, surely if somebody receives their order and they decide to claim not as described via eBay and return an empty box, the Amazon Prime account holder is going to be in hot water?
