I think ebay has shot their selves in the foot with these extra charges put on the buyers invoice , you should be asked if you wish to have a buyers protection fee not made to  pay  it ,then they add on now an extra charge  .... I have been buying on ebay for years and have always had a good experience with them until now , I thinkk that many people will just stop buying on ebay
