I purchased a UK Samsung Galaxy S23+ Unlocked phone on ebay and a few weeks later sold it on here again.
I asked the seller for feedback and the seller claimed the mobile was not unlocked to two international sims one was US and the other a Nigerian Sim I think. Seller bought phone assuming it was unlocked, it unlocked to all UK & European networks because I tested it. Also as a favour I tried a unlocking company to remove the regional lock, they turn out to be scammers after an initial payment of £9.99 they wanted a further £45 this was a red flag. Buyer now wants to open a dispute, however am I in the right or the wrong.
