New listings can take up to 24 hours to appear.
If this is a Buy it Now item , then after it appears, you just need to end it when you wish to, as it will just automatically relist every 30 days until sold, or when you manually end it.
If this is an auction item. It should be in your Active listing. You can revise it from there.
Go to Pricing >> Format >> Auction and far right of this click on the 2 tiny wavy lines pricing options. From the drop down menu right at the bottom you can de select the auto relist.
