Automatic relisting

Hi,  how can I stop automatic listing for my items which haven’t been sold.

I didn’t even realise I had clicked on something which gave this instruction. I’ve read others comments online and have not managed to find cancel button for this, like others too…

Someone please help, it’s frustrating and costly.

If worst comes to worst, whats the best way… ie: best to end the listing of an item and just start from scratch? But, I’m going to be in the same situation as I can’t see what I would have clicked to give this instruction to eBay…

Automatic relisting

Fixed price Buy It Now listings are good til sold or cancelled and can only be removed by ending the listings. You can end listings one by one by using the 'end listing' button on this eBay guidance page or, using a web browser (not the app), bulk end them by following the instructions on that page.

Pop back if you have any problems.

Auctions will be relisted 8 times if you choose the auto relist feature when you set up your auction, or if you manually click to relist when they've ended.

Automatic relisting

Automatic relist only appears for new or occasional sellers, and you are using auctions.

Canceling your automatic relisting

  • At the top of eBay.co.uk, go to My eBay, and then click Selling.
  • Under the Sell section, click Active.
  • Find your item, and then select Remove Automatic Relisting from the More actions drop-down menu.
  • Save your changes.
