I just asked two completely different sellers for additional detailed information about their item for sale and in both cases received the message text
'Hi, Thanks for showing interest in our product. We need to check with warehouse to get accurate information. We will update you within 24 hours. Regards.'
I did get a response which was just a repost of product description - not very helpful.
I got the distinct impression that this whole thing was automated.
I initially thought - 'Hey, at least maybe someone cared enough about a sale to check', but now I am not so sure.
If you get the same message, pause a moment and reflect.
