Can someone please explain when I see the above what this exactly pertains too.

As I see nothing like this or amounts that are on the monthly invoice detailing insertion fees/one time sub fees etc.

No invoice is ever supplied by ebay.

So I hope someone can help please.

eBay Commerce UK Ltd is just a subsidiary of eBay that handles payments for eBay transactions in the UK, including purchases, selling fees, and other financial transactionsnc. They are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
