Authenticity guarantee fail

I bought a pair of Yeezy’s through eBay’s authentication guarantee and they arrived without the left insole. Help

Here is the policy on Authenticated items

It sounds as though you have to open an ebay case for Item not as described and the shoes have to be sent back to the authenticator. They or your seller will issue a refund.
