Must admit I haven't heard of this happening before, and wonder why it hasn't happened before, so sorry don't have an immediate answer.
Contact Customer Services explain what has happened and what to do now. I strongly recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning at 8 a.m. when lines open on weekdays for ' live agents' as there's more chance of Dublin answering. it's a Call Back system, so you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones of the Emerald Isles. Only speak to Dublin.
