Payment on hold

Hi, 

My fund have been on hold since 7th Oct. 

All I have been told is payment is on hold and that's it.

It has been over 1 week and still nothing. 

AI chat bot is useless.

Can someone please help.

Are you a returning seller?  Looks like you've had a bit of a break from selling and returned.

Sudden selling activity on a dormant account raises red flags to eBay,  as it could be a sign that hackers have hold of the account,  so for security reasons money is held for a longer period , can be 21 days,  to ensure the genuine seller has returned,  that no item not received cases are opened.

Tracking showing delivery for items can help, too.
