Auction bidding is a con

So I put a bid in an auction and the auction was advertised as ending at 15:35 but it was said to have ended at 15:27.  Either way the winning bid went to the wrong person.  This is the second time this has happened and I am now starting to suspect this isn't just a system glitch as Ebay did nothing about it the first time when I should have been the winning bidder and it appears they are not going to do anything about it this time around where it is between myself and someone else that should have won the bid, not the third person.  I am now starting to suspect that it is either Ebay staff that are manipulating the system to win the bid or that it might be the seller doing something.  Twice I have been told by Ebay staff I was right and it should not have gone to the person it did, so why are they not doing something about it?????  It makes it pointless and frustrating to bid and makes it feel like a total con.

Re: Auction bidding is a con

The only way an auction style listing with bids can be ended early during the final 12 hours is if the seller selects to sell it to highest bidder (which would be a pretty odd thing to do).

What's the listing number?

@rosebean3

If you can let us have the listing number of the listing that ended at 15.27 we can take a look for you.
