Attempted delivery

I sold an item about 10 days ago, I posted it and parcel force attempted delivery but buyer wasn't in, don't has been left at a local post office. It's been there for 6 days and buyer hasn't collected and I have sent them about 5 messages all of which have not been replied to. What can I do? EBay don't have a call us option for this issue so now I'm just left with a sent item and no way of ticking it off as delivered.

As long as you uploaded tracking at time of sending you will be covered. As an attempted delivery covers the seller. The buyer should have had a card left through his door to advise item was at local po. The fact you have also messaged them too would hope jog them to collect! It may well be they have had a family crisis could be away on holiday now etc. there isn't much more you can do, but don't keep sending the buyer messages you have done all you can.
