Generally, stores refuse to accept items without the eCP code, they can't log them as received, match them to the buyer or receive payment for them.
Have YOU got the necessary code to collect both of the parcels. You should have received these in separate emails from Ebay, one for each item. Although, I don't think those codes would have been supplied to you unless/until the items had been logged into the store's system.
