App not working

The app says to update but there is no update available.

If your using an android device then you need the 10 version update,otherwise the ebay app won't work for you.

Alternatively try a browser instead and a PC

Thank you, it has worked fine until today, it says update required, when I touch update now nothing happens, if I try to update my iPad it says no update available, have you any advice, kind regards, Dave.

Ebay tech are working on it.

But the issue is outdated phones, not ebay.

Stick to website, you can still use web browser on a phone.
