Hi, is anyone else having issues with the 'sold' tab, it is showing java error and not showing the buyers details?

Yep,  there is a current issue, eBay is aware and working hard to fix this.

Meantime if a PC / laptop will not offer that all important information,  a Community Manager has informed sellers  affected, to message the buyer just for them to confirm their address.

Not ideal, let's hope it''s fixed soon.
