Anybody know, What does the symbol to the right of eBay account score mean / indicate?

Looks like a notched ribbon, currently white previously solid ( black), See screenshot below

If you hover over it it says "Make active your My eBay home page".

Is I that something everybody else sees (using iPad touchscreen - so don’t see any ‘mouse over’ popup / info)

What does it mean make eBay homepage active, is it just a shortcut link to account summary?

I've never noticed it before.   I haven't a clue exactly what it does and I'm steering well clear in case I can't get back.   🙂

It's a symbol for a bookmark (shortcut) on your device
