Long story short, listing removed due to breach of policy. Provided evidence it doesn't breach policy. Declined, Then appealed and told it would be reviewed again. Asked specifically what was causing the removal but no answer. Declined again. Then threatened by an agent to have my account suspended! Then finally got someone to understand the issue and they agreed and it was send for review again. Declined. Requested call recordings under GDPR via their process. Declined. Finally called again today. Cut off by many agents who were unable to help and refused a manager to speak to me. Finally got through to a specialist who I specifically talked through their own policy and they cut me off!
eBay customer service has got to be the worst I have ever experienced. I have the evidence and have called many times now. The don't even keep any notes and never call you back if cut off. They seem to hide behind their size as a company. Not to mention times I have been lied to (its being looked at for this issue and that issue and when I chase it there is no evidence of it!).
Anyone an suggestions on how to get in contact with some sort of UK manager that can actually listen to me as a customer? Just want this resolving really yet they seem to stand behind their errors?
Just to add, I have had an update that they are now escalating my request for telephone records.
