Has anyone had issues regarding the recent seller who’s selling copious amounts of exhale coffee , mine didn’t turn up was sent to England but seller didn’t care then second order said he didn’t have stock though his listing clearly does. Any help would be appreciated thanks as seller isn’t helpful doesn’t want to refund or replace.
also I left honest feedback to which it got removed which is very unhelpful to other buyers.

Has a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery, and you have not received the item?
Then, as the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
Also always best to ask for a refund and not a replacement.
Familiarise yourself with eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy it's written on the right hand side of every listing, and can save you a lot of time and money when buying on eBay.
Here it is for you:

Hi hon
yeah the seller sent my order to a totally different address the tracking stated delivered it wasn’t so I checked it & it was delivered in England no where near me I live the other side of country.
I have a opened case now but I also purchased other items to which sold for quite cheap then seller contacted me after paying saying he has no stock & that he don’t know how use eBay or refund he would need to ask his uncle to leave it with him for a while which I didn’t feel comfortable with I had to cancel that order he then knew how to accept the cancellation & refund strange as he’s selling over 209 plus items . He skk ok so has many of the same items he said he didn’t have on his listings.
He did say before I won he was looking for an amount of £75 for second order I won for £50 then surprise he didn’t have any to send although he’s got loads on his listings. He just being a tad fly he wasn’t prepared to send me replacements for first order he sent to wrong place or gave me a refund. I now have to wait for the case date. He called me malicious on the case messages cause I opened it due to not receiving it.
! I left feedback & ebay removed it I feel why have feedback if buyers can’t let others know their experience- he has a lot of negative feedback in past month all relating to same items.
So stressful I just waited on chat for an hour with eBay to be transferred to get help regarding my undelivered order got transferred to get cut off. Can’t be bothered I’ll contact my payment method if no refund from eBay. EBay isn’t like it used to be. I agree with you I actually felt worried what I’d receive if anything so just said to refund both seller was extremely shady. being unwell I can really do without all this hassle I could never do that to a buyer if sold anything these sellers need removing.

If for whatever reason you do not receive a refund from eBay, it does wholly depend on tracking showing delivery, then yes, turn to your payment provider for help with your refund. You may need to prove the item's tracking showed delivery not to your actual address.
There are feedback rules to follow. Mention anything about a case refund or any eBay involvement and a seller can ask eBay to remove that feedback.

Hi
Thanks that is good to know I haven’t Ever left negative feedback so maybe I said something wrong to get it removed. It doesn’t matter but if you cannot mention any of that what’s the point but I know now. The seller is incredibly inconsistent with replies trying to bribe me into not filing a case saying loads will arrive by Monday as I opened the case he didn’t like it.
I wouldn’t consume anything from a seller like that anyway now I know his attitude.
tge tracking showing a totally different address with a totally different amount of packages it has the gps it’s clear it’s not my address plus seller also states he made the mistake but no talk of resolving it. Was just telling me to wait wait until he’s ready then when I opened the case he wasn’t happy.
will eBay refund if the tracking shows a totally different address like 300 miles away ?
thanks for your help I didn’t know that about feedback X

If tracking shows a different address and postcode to that which you have registered on your eBay account for deliveries, after you can show this, they should refund you. I say should, as eBay Customer Services can work in ' mysterious ways'.
You have opened the case, just ignore all the seller's excuses or any promised they may make to close the case early, do not do this. Let it run, if there is no response in 3 days, escalate the case, ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.

Thank you so much yes it’s a case now the seller kept excusing the refund saying he has learning difficulties & doesn’t know how to refund he needs to ask a family member but his feedback states he’s a university student doing a side hustle so I’m baffled.
I gotta wait another three days before eBay decides the case also the tracking clearly shows it’s not my address as it is 24 hr tracking with exact location gps & photo so they cannot dispute its anywhere near me as it’s hundreds of miles away.
yes they will see it’s not my address or amount I ordered. Really appreciate your help I’ll hopefully get refunded soon X
