Hello, this is my first time selling on Ebay for me. I arranged my parcel to be collected and delivered to my customer with Parcelforce. Parcelforce failed to collect my parcel on the date requested and paid for. I contacted Parcelforce and they said that they would collect the following day. Again they failed me, so I decided to use a different courier service and requested my initial payment to be returned. The new courier collected and delivered my Parcel fine. The problem I have is I can not amend the tracking details and Courier on Ebay. I have realised that the tracking needs to be updated to show as delivered to confirm that my parcel has actually been delivered which then kicks of the payment process. On an Email have have the new couriers tracking details confirming delivery but I am unable to change the tracking to reflect this. It is still showing the original / Failed courier tracking information.
I have searched all of the help suggestions by Ebay's automated system and have exhausted all searches and options that the system has given me. I realise that it is impossible to phone Ebay, I have completed an online form to them outlining my problem but have not had any feedback from Ebay, except this 'Ask the committee ' part, hence this message. I would be very grateful if anyone can help me with my problem.

See if there's an Edit Tracking link via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders page. If not contact ebay and they will change it for you. You can use callback on here:
