Am I being scammed?

Hi there I recently brought a iPhone for very cheap and the seller sent the iPhone via yodel. The tracking on eBay updates as we have updated your delivery address which wasn’t me. I then check the yodel tracking and the seller changed the address 20 doors down for some reason. Is this a scam attempt and should I be worried?

If a reasonable time passes your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and you have not received the item, then,  if the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

Should tracking show delivery,  you'll need to contact eBay Customer Services and show the tracking  doesn't match the postcode you have on the delivery details in your eBay account.  They have access to your account and can check and see if the item has been posted to the wrong address.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

 https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

To add to the advice,if the seller changed the address (not your address shown on payment) then they would loose seller protection and a case of item not received should go in your favour.
