Alternative return method

Ordered an item from Ebay. It was faulty and i wanted to return it. The seller sent me a Royal Mail label which did not cover the postage so i returned it via DPD at my own cost. 

The item has been received by the seller and i have a photo and signature proof of this. He has yet to refund me and because i did not use the supplied label, i cant seem to query it with Ebay. What do i do!?

In the order details you should be able to edit to add the DPD tracking details

If you have contacted ebay and provided tracking showing DPD delivered they should release the payment for you eBay Customer Service
