Hello! Today at 9:23 a parcel was delivered to me. The courier who delivered it was named Chris. The packaging was damaged and there was no product inside. Ref.nr.YA014852771GB. I don't know at what point the packaging was damaged and the product was lost, but I was only delivered damaged packaging without the product...kind regards

First come back and hopefully you are still in time go top right to the little down arrow select Edit and remove your address details from your post above.    This is a public forum , and it's not safe to leave such details.

Were you expecting an eBay delivery?  Then,  open a case for item not as described,  and if the seller does not respond with either a refund or a postage label to return what was received,  escalate on day 4,  eBay step in and force the refund.

That is a Royal Mail tracking number so the postman should have delivered the damaged item inside a plastic bag.

Make sure you keep all of the packaging as the seller may need to have that back to make their own claim against Royal Mail.
