Ai perceived incorrect policy issues with full description

Hi

 

why are there so many issue only in the last 6 weeks with: offers not being sent to interested buyers, policy issues about doing sales outside of eBay when all I’ve written is descriptions of the product to help customers and all of this is with listings that are 9 months old and the newest with issues are even 3-4 months old 

 

please resolve this as it’s just no ok the responses I’ve had from customer service agent aswell as accountability from technicians, they are blatantly telling lies instead of just resolving or providing correct suggestive feedback

Se sre members like you, we cannot resolve problems between ebay and members.

 

In fact you give no real details to explain exactly what your problem is. With better details, we might be able to give a solution, but we cannot over ride decisions made by ebay.

You don't say what issues you are having but an issue you an sort is your registration status.

 

When you list items that you have bought to resell you need to be registered as a business seller on eBayand accept returns, you also need to check the food policy requirements

The problem is one agent said it’s a site issue, for 6 weeks? Bs, and I wrote accurate enough and I said it’s ai or a false or fake flag report that I’m not aware or notified of except I can’t complete sending offers to interested buyers in 2 listings

Total rubbish,nobody could ever claim over 200 packets of jaffa cakes were personal items when stocks have been replenished regularly since Nov 2024
