Advice on item already listed by me

I am a very old ebay user. I had long time away lost my 100% buyer and seller account. I had very hard life issue i am back. Listed a new phone. But i cant revise its model. I need any ideas of how to go on. Please? I posted a phone. I was told it was a 50 edge as uts my friends. . So I listed it as that model. But its the one before. Still new. Still has a new earbud with it.  I can't revise. Can anyone advise as I just want it gone. Its worth more than highest bid despite its model.

You won't be able to revise it now there are bids.    You will have to end it early, cancelling the bids in the process, and relist with correction if you want to.    The bidders will see it has been relisted and hopefully some might bid again.

Oh dear. Can I not upload new image. Making clear i am sorry as I was told the wrong model. So please be aware of the actual model. I asked ebay and they suggested I try that. Also contact any bidders to advise? Its got a photo with instructions manual. Shows the actual model number. So its an obvious mistake. Is that an option as I just want it gone tbh. You may be able to add photos and add information to the description but you can't change what's already there.   If you leave it as it is you risk ending up with negative feedback.    Someone might bid in the final seconds without reading all of the description properly.   It's up to you though.

Yeah thats what im worried about. It won't let me add to the description and I've no idea why.  Even though the reserve hasn't been met. Seems weird. If I message them can they still leave negative feedback?

Yes, buyers can leave neg feedback even if you've messaged them.   There's no guarantee they'll read it.

Yes good point. Oh dear. Thank you for your help. I thought with reserve not being met i could post a photo to the main image explaining the mistake. Wasn't sure if i could do a voice message. To any viewer to ensure they're aware.

You've got some time to think about it.   Just remember that you won't be able to end it within the final 12 hours of the auction.

Think I'll just re list it. I never knew about the last 12 hours thing. Glad I realised. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated

Thank you. I took it down. Much appreciated.  I dont want my first item since I rejoined to be negative. I am all about the honesty. 

Its not actually mine. Its my elderly friends. Just glad I saw the mistake in time and asked someone experienced. 🙂
