Hi there I'm having trouble getting on my sold items page an error code saying java.io.lo.excepion just keeps coming up for the last few weeks now I've been using ebay for a long time now I've tried reloading ebay app I can get on it with my computer but mainly use phone for ease any ideas out there many thanks
