Account on Hold

Hi,

 

Yesterday ebay put my account on hold and I must do the following:

 

Resolve all open issues:

 

1. A payments are made automatically, there is no option to make a 1 off payment

2. All outstanding buyer requests and disputes have been resolved.

3. eBay now requires tracking for funds to be released. We sell alot of items by letter, I will now have to increase my prices to put my items into a large letter. I've added all tracking to my recent sales.

 

I am unable to edit my listings including putting items in and out of stock. 

 

I've been with eBay for nearly 15 years and I've never experienced anything like this, its usually a payment hold for a few days.

 

I've called ebay but they seem uninterested and the responses I get do not give me confidence that anything is being done. I need to be able to put items out of stock.

If there is some outstanding payment to be made,  who knows how this slipped through the automatic payment of fees process,  but if it has,  and there's difficulty paying this,  contact eBay Customer Service as access to your account may be required here.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

 

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Account on Hold

I've called 4 times today, they are trying to help, but they say there is nothing they can do as its automated.

The worse thing is i'm selling items that i need to put out of stock, many angry customers coming up.
