Account issue

Haven't sold anything in a couple of years and just have money on hold when I checked my payout account it was my old one I've tried to add new Account as it says but I must put in old account number which I haven't got a clue what it is anyone know how I add new account

PayPal can no longer be used to receive payments ... With a break from selling, the account will need updating ... some requirements have changed including the need for setting up Managed Payments with Current UK Account Banking details in order to send and receive Payments for transactions ... check in these links >
