You are in Pakistan, so need to log out and contact eBay CS from your own country's site.

If you are using a UK registered account from Pakistan ?,  by Default, UK based Addresses with UK based Banking account details are required --- 

Suggest using the International >  www.ebay.com   < site to register correctly which will offer many other payment options including  acceptable Business registration with Global Banking account/s availability.     https://community.ebay.com
