Accept a offer problems

Hi all, I've been offered a price from a seller. I'd like to accept but keep getting a error message.

Ive tried on my phone app, via Google, and on my pc. Same thing

Use a laptop / PC and use Chrome that seems to work best with eBay.

Clear cache and cookies too.

Ensure the offer hasn't expired, some are only available for 24 hours others for 48 hours.

Just to add,  if there is still a problem, ask your seller to adjust the Buy it Now price to their offer price,  for you to be able to buy the item.

If someone else has accepted offer or placed a bid, then you won't be able to accept offer.
