About my refund

Hi my name is ahmed saleh,i just order the tv box from ebay,and i received the box thats doesnt work,i contacted the seller and i told him that the box doesnt work with proof for my tv,and i told him i want my refund and he gave me go ahead to create lable nad return the box.,its almost 2 weeks and didn’t receiv my money and i just want my refund cant wait here for the case while he know exactly that it was his problem from his side and i have evry proof for our charts .,any assistance would help,thanks

If you haven't done so already escalate your case to ebay.   Go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
