You should be paid 48 hours after the tracking shows delivery on Ebay.
Did you add the tracking and has it been updated to show delivery in your 'orders'?
If tracking hasn't been updated on Ebay, you could contact Customer services and ask them to check the tracking and release your payment.
Feedback only releases payment for items sold for up to £25.
