Thought I should just post a warning to all sellers who use EVRI as a courier service. In our part of Nottinghamshire the couriers simply dump parcels on the grass verge within a 100 metres of a property, then take a photo that is impossible to identify the location before registering the parcel as delivered.
It is impossible to speak to EVRI because their customer service set up is fully automated and does nothing more that track parcels. Impossible to speak to a real person
My advice is DO NOT use EVRI - they are wholly unreliable
Just retrieved 3 parcels today left out in the rail, 20 yards from your property
photo of location had been taken then parcels moved to a different place (from gravel to a paving slab). Was luck to find the parcels after going hunting up and down the road
Ebay if you have the facility to contact Evri please do so because your customers can't. People are paying out good money for a service that isn't up to scratch
Rant Over!
