9.99 Monthly charge on my card.

I am not a frequent user of eBay. I do not have any known subscriptions or outstanding payments. 
it has never occurred to me, but for months I have been charged £9.99 every 2nd of the month. For the love of god I cannot figure out what it is and for what at all. 
i do not get any invoice emails, notifications nor benefits. Does anyone knows what this is, how to stop it (besides deleting account) or what I can do about it?

I had this once and found that I had selected the most expensive form of promotion and I had paid so much far more than the item was worth before finding the ' culprit' , and deselecting that promotion fast.

Check your ad fees , also subscriptions as this is appearing monthly, in this link for your transactions breakdowns:

If this doesn't explain that payment, and as we have no access to your account , but Customer Services have that access and can explain any fee.
