Recieved an email stating that I qualified for the £15 credit after selling a item. No sign of it yet, did anyone else take this offer who has an idea when I should expect it please?
Are you sure that this is not a fee credit? Are you using any promotions which incur fees, if so you will get the benefit of fees being deducted from the £15 credit (£18 with VAT).
