Hello, I wondered if ai could get some help.
On my apple watch I had an eBay notification pop up telling me I could get a £15 coupon if I sell an item on eBay soon. I was in bed and just screenshotted it.
I expected to find an email or msg in ebay app, but I can’t see it.
Do I need to opt-in or anything like that, or if I just make a sale I will still get this coupon regardless?
i’ve not sold an item on eBay for a few years now, mostly just been buying. But there are some items I was going to trade at cex, but figured I could just use eBay instead and get that coupon too. Any problems with that? Is there a deadline for the offer?

I have not personally heard of this offer. I think you will need to find something in your ebay account that confirms it before making any assumptions as to its existence.

If you have a screen shot, I would have thought there would also be Terms and Conditions, for example a minimum sale amount, otherwise you could sell at 99p and get £15. Never had such an offer, but seems odd to offer a money off voucher for purchases by selling.

The time limit is 20 days from when the email or message was received to sell an item £10 or over,no need to opt in as far as i know, once your item has sold you should receive the coupon within two weeks to spend on a minimum purchase of £50 with some excluded categories.
Unfortunately I am not allowed to post a link to the promotion or t&c
