My husband bought me a shark hairdryer for my birthday. It is faulty he has looked at his purchases & it is not listed. He paid through paypal & payment was made via paypal to eBay commerce Ltd. He cannot find any other details about the purchase on his eBay account. To summarise he paid for the hairdryer by paypal, he has an order number. He can’t get any help through paypal as they telling him to contact the vendor but he can’t find the vendor. Can anyone advise us as we’re flummoxed
