wrong information on late delivery report?

Has anyone else had the wrong information given on their lae delivery report? I have lots marked as delivered late but they weren't? How do I get this corrected?

You can only get eBay to correct it if you sent by tracked/signed for post.

This happens if the buyer is not at home to sign & it goes back to the sorting office.

(I have to do this a couple of times a month)

Email eBay, I do this:

Royal Mail "Signed For" Tracking Number: xxxxxxxxxxx
