why is ebay no longer working in firefox?

It stopped working from 1 September.

I have updated Firefox to the latest version - no change.

I called eBay Help Desk, and was told it was a "known issue".

As of today (12 September), this "known issue" has not been resolved. WHY?

eBay works fine in Chrome, but i t is *very* inconvenient to have to use two web browsers on my PC.

Please, resolve this issue ASAP!

There have been issues with firefox & chrome lately,

also try turning off adblocker.

As I said in my previous post, eBay works fine in Chrome, but it does NOT work at all in Firefox.

Turning off, or removing AdBlocker makes no difference.

Is eBay going to resolve this issue ASAP?
