I have returned my item & the seller said he has received it but ebay isn't allowing him to refund me due to the dispute case being open. what should I do?
If you close the case your seller will definitely NOT refund you. He is trying to pull a fast one. Keep the case open and if he does not refund you within 2 days, escalate!
