seller cant collect returned item

I have escalated a case on day 9 as seller didn't issue me a postage label for a return for an item missing parts.

Ebay have issued the label and its ready to print.

I contacted the seller to let them know i will now be returning it and now the seller has messaged an alternative address saying he can't collect the parcel on the address on the postage label.

My concern is if i post the item using the label and the seller doesn't collect it how will I get my refund?

Also if I post it to the address the seller wants me to I will end up paying to return it.

Also quite strange the seller has a different surname on the different addresses.

Any advice would be much appreciated, many thanks.

Use the label. eBay only need to see attempted delivery to award a refund. Only send to the other address if the seller sends you the postage and a refund for the item first. They are expecting you to give up your buyer protection, the least they can do is refund first.
