Where is the Buyer. The UK is a bit more than just England.
Unless you quote postage to outside the UK then buyer cannot pay. You would need to send an invoice with appropriate postage before they couldpay, so you have a cjhoice to cancel the sale or open an unpaid case.
What do you think is so difficult about posting outside the UK, you can select where you post to and where you don't. Why restrict your buyers to about 1 % of the World Population.
