I've initiated a return, and ebay say that I will receive a return label by the 15th (tomorrow). Nothing as yet. Do they come through at the last minute?

eBay work on a 24-hour clock, not calendar days so when they say 15th then yes, it could be lat evening (UK time) when the label appears, depending on what time you opened the case.

There have been sporadic reports of delays so if you get to the 17th and still no label then you will need to contact customer support.
