returning

I made a purchase of 4 new feather pillows from a business seller.  They didn't arrive by the specified time so I contacted the seller.  By dong that, it instigated an open case with resolution centre.  Now the pillows have arrived and are not as described in the picture advertised.  The picture shows full feather pillows.  The 4 that I received are only half full so do not match the description.  I have contacted the seller and attached photo's and have been advised to open a return case.  My issue is, I would have to close the initial case of non delivery because they have now been delivered.  But, it says if I close the case I would not be able to open another case for this same item.  But I need to open a return case for this same item!  Any help would be appreciated.

If you contact ebay direct they will change the case to a return.  You can use one of the phone options or live chat at the bottom of this:
