returning faulty item

I have returned my item that was faulty for a refund but my return postage was not met.. Can I get this loss back.?

You should have opened case for not as described & if UK seller, they would have to provide returns label,

if you posted yourself or it was non UK seller, then they don't have to refund this cost,
