Has anyone overcome a rather draconian and unfair restriction on their ability to sell on ebay? What were the unfair circumstances and how long did it take to rectify? I have found that low-volume sellers like myself ( although I have sold over £71,000 of goods successfully and often hitting 100% positive feedback ) can see dramatic drops in their metrics and seller performance ratings just because of one nasty customer. Any comments are welcomed.

Ebay expect DSRs to be a minimum of 4.7, so the dispatch time at 4.5 puts you below standard. The other thing that only you can see is your Seller Dashboard, there you can see if you have any Defects which also influence decisions made by Ebay.
