The others have not yet been spotted and reported,  when they are,  if they breach eBay's selling policies,  they too will be removed.

Ebay aren't going to pay you anything for reporting policy breaches, not when others do it for free.
Ebay are only interested in them making money.

i will not "accept this as a solution" as i do not accept the policy in the first place as the policy is contradictory, lacks enforcibily, and inconsistent ... the magazines in question are on sale in the public real-space, the alleged offensive on-line listing covers and pics inside are easily blanked out and no buyer has to buy them ... and ebay selling policy needs review

There's lots of things that people don't agree on about ebays policies but its ebay site and we all have to follow their rules.

yes it is their site but they say thier policies are informed by/from the sellers / buyers/ viewers and the more adverse censorious comments the more ebay should change itself = policy by lynch mob is no way to run a railway =

Unfortunately you can complain all you want about ebay policies, but won't do any good.
There are lots of things we don't like about ebay, but if we want to buy/sell, we have to put with them.
EBAY SITE = EBAY RULES.
