this resolution center is a complete joke. they want you to resolve the issue yourself with the seller and it all to be ammicable and for you to be patient and then because you've been too patient they say they can't help. it's obvious i haven't recieved my item and the tracking details tell you i haven't. Absolute joke
Sign into PayPal, click on the payment, open an item not received/as described dispute as applicable.
Not getting a refund from eBay isn't where the story ends.
Is it Internet Explorer? That is no longer compatible with eBay. Try Chrome or Firefox, for example, both eBay friendly. @shamusst200
