Have a seller refusing to accept Paypal despite advertising they accept it on the listing. Paid via Paypal and transaction has been completed. They've got my money and my goods, all £225 worth of it.
All UK sellers have to accept paypal
If you have paid then tell them you expect them to send the goods
If they dont then open a not received dispute
What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing
If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
by a few days then open a not recieved dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
Escalate it too ebay after 8 full days
You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
You are also covered by the paypal money back gurantee so if you fail for any reason on ebay then open a dispute in papal
You have 180 days to open the dispute on paypal
Open the dispute and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days
